ACA raises over £2000 for Comic Relief!

Students and staff at ACA raised over £2000 for Comic Relief

Everyone at Altrincham College took part and made their faces Funny For Money raising an outstanding £2085

To raise funds for Comic Relief and to support the countless charities in the UK and overseas, everyone here at Altrincham College took part in raising donations, and making their faces Funny For Money!

Official merchandise was on sale for students to buy their red noses and Deeley Boppers for Comic Relief.

From staff to students, the whole school got involved by donning their Red Noses and Deeley Boppers, and raising sponsorship from a range of fun activities that took part throughout the day.

Our Year 7 & 8 pupils performed a sponsored Dance activity, our Year 9 students took part in a sponsored silence, and Year’s 10 & 11 provided donations for the opportunity to wear something red for the day!

Year 7 Sponsored Dance

As a school, we are all dedicated to supporting a range of charities, and we are immensely proud that at our latest count, we have fundraised an outstanding £2085 for Comic Relief this year. This means that ACA has raised over £3500 for Comic Relief across the last two events!

A big thank you to all the parents, carers, grand-parents and others who got involved in sponsoring our pupils. The money raised will go a long way to helping those less fortunate than ourselves, and we are delighted that everyone had so much fun taking part!
