Online Parents' Evenings
Due to the current Government restrictions, we have had to make significant changes to the way we offer our Parents’ Evenings. We will be using a website called ‘School Cloud’. Unlike previous years, you will now be required to make appointments with your child/ward’s subject teachers prior to the evening and these appointments will all be made and take place through the SchoolCloud website.
This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity to discuss your child/ward’s progress during these challenging times and an opportunity to connect with your child/ward’s subject teachers.
To book your appointments:
Please visit our school website and click on the School Cloud link or go directly to https://altrinchamcollege.schoolcloud.co.uk to sign in and book your appointments. Please refer to the short PDF guide on how to use this system attached to the bottom of this page.
To login, you will need to input the following information:
- Your details: Title, First name, Surname, Email address
- Student details: First name, Surname, Date of Birth
Video appointments will be limited to 5 minutes per parent/carer per teacher. This is something to consider in terms of making the most of your time and what you’d like to discuss.
If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office.
On the night itself:
Visit https://altrinchamcollege.schoolcloud.co.uk and sign in to load the appointment that you have made. Click on "Join Video Appointments", check your microphone and vide camera are working correctly and your appointments will automatically appear at the correct time.
