Candidates should have an outstanding track record of teaching and driving attainment/achievement either as an experienced teacher or during their PGCE training.

Teacher of Textiles (Full Time, Maternity Cover)
Altrincham College is seeking to appoint an outstanding, well-qualified Teacher of Textiles.
Candidates should have experience of teaching Textiles at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 and a sound knowledge and genuine passion for this subject area.

Reporting to the Head of Textiles, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team. This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The length of the contract is expected to be for the whole of the academic year 2026–2027 but this will be dependent on the return of the substantive postholder.
