Welcome to Altrincham College of Arts Sixth Form. We offer a multi-million pound state of the art learning environment, with curriculum pathways that will prepare and equip students for life. In addition, our pastoral care, support and guidance enables all our students to achieve a smooth transition through to higher education or skilled employment.

Altrincham College of Arts is an ‘Outstanding’ school (Ofsted May 2011). We have a reputation for consistently high quality teaching and learning, outstanding progress and achievement throughout 11-19 learning. We guarantee that students will receive the highest level of personal support and guidance throughout their studies, following either AS/A Level or vocational pathways, backed by an exciting and varied Enrichment programme.

Students enjoy an adult learning environment within the purpose built Sixth Form which operates separately from the rest of the school. There is café style catering available throughout the day where students may enjoy a coffee whilst discussing their studies.

Altrincham College of Arts Sixth Form offers a highly structured learning environment. As good preparation for further education and the world of work, students are expected to dress professionally and attendance and progress is regularly monitored. Independent learning is encouraged and nurtured.
